Transportation is in an air-conditioned vehicle, with a maximum of eight seats plus the driver seats.

Lisbon is famous for being the City of Seven Hills. We try to use public elevators as much as possible, but it is difficult to avoid uphill walking. If you’d like to take the Lisbon City Tour by van, check it here. Alternatively, contact us to book a Private Walking Tour, and we will visit at your own pace.

Yes, but please note that some locations we visit are not prepared with mobility ready infrastructures, so please contact us beforehand, and we can discuss the most comfortable option for you.

All tours have a maximum of eight guests. Small group tours are shared, and private tours are just you and your party.

If your children are younger than twelve years old, we recommend that you book a private tour for a more comfortable experience or you can get in touch with us for a personalizad tour for you and your family. If you would like to take a small group tour with your child, our tours are suitable for children twelves years old and over.

Yes, of course! Our group tours are a great way to meet like-minded travelers. All of our shared tours require a minimum of four people to run; however, we welcome reservations from solo travelers (no need to purchase two tickets!). If there are fewer than four people booked on tour, we will reschedule the tour for another day or offer you a different tour.

If hotel or apartment pick-up is offered for your tour, we arrange a pick up from your location. We only provide pick-up in central Lisbon hotels or apartments, and this is due to confirmation because of restricted accesses or if we are able to access and stop.

Unfortunately, no. The group that departures remain throughout the tour. We kindly ask that you are on time at any pick-up or meeting point. If you are not on time, we hold to right to departure without returning to your location. In case this happens, your booking will be treated as a no-show, and no refund is applied.
